We are pleased to announce our new Online Support Ticketing System! In order to provide our customers with a more efficient, friendly, timely customer service, and due to our support email addresses being flooded with Spam we felt it necessary to switch to a more safe and secure support system.
Beginning immediately, we ask that all online support (Website Development and Maintenance - Bizz Directory and Membership - Website Promotion/Submission - Hosting, Billing, Sales and General Customer Service) be directed through our new system and not by email. We will be removing old support email addresses from our system and if you reply to invoices and other mail received by the Bizz, those email messages will probably be lost.
This new system is very good. You will receive a ticket tracking & key number which will enable you to check the status of your request at any time as well as add comments. You will also have the ability to send file attachments and close the ticket if needed.
