STEP 2 - Terms of Use
Understanding This Agreement
Please read this Agreement carefully before signing up for membership with ChristianBizz.net. As a condition to and in consideration of membership with ChristianBizz.net, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Introduction:
Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Contract Agreement (Hereinafter referred to as "Contract") with respect to the goods, services, and information provided by or through the ChristianBizz.net web site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between The Bizz and Member, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the ChristianBizz.net site, and the subject matter of this Contract.
ChristianBizz.net, is a Web Site on the Internet that is designed to allow Members to post and maintain ads and Job listings, as well as enjoy the vast number of benefits offered which promotes interaction (networking) with other members.
Member Rights and Responsibilities
Members agree to access and use The Bizz only for lawful purposes. Members are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to your use of ChristianBizz.net
The Bizz has a zero-tolerance policy concerning the following terms:
Members will not restrict or inhibit any other member or user from using and enjoying the Interactive Features of our web site;
Members will not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law;
Members will not post or transmit any information, software, or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
Members will not post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component;
Members will not disrupt the normal flow of communication in an Interactive Area.
Account Transferability
ChristianBizz.net Membership is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by The Bizz. Accounts are for Member's use only. Member shall be responsible for the confidentiality of their user password. Loaning Member's account to others, connecting a system used by multiple persons, group use of user log-ins, (with the exception of buddy or group use that has been approved and purchased for the PIManager) are explicitly prohibited.
Interactive Areas
ChristianBizz.net includes numerous interactive areas, including but not limited to ads, job bank, resume bank, ftp's, messenger, networkboard, swapmart, auction, organizer, etc. These interactive areas allow feedback to ChristianBizz.net and real-time interaction between Members. ChristianBizz.net does not control the messages, information, or files delivered to such interactive areas. However, neither ChristianBizz.net, its partners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are responsible for content within any interactive area. ChristianBizz.net is not responsible for screening, policing, editing, reviewing or monitoring any content in an interactive area. Although, all Members agree that The Bizz has the right to monitor any interactive area, from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the interactive area, or to protect itself or it's Member's. If notified of Content that is alleged not to conform to this Agreement, ChristianBizz.net may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the Member to remove such content.
ChristianBizz.net reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or content within any interactive area, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any content it deems in violation of this agreement as well as any other Bizz policy.
Copyright
The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the ChristianBizz.net web site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The unauthorized copying redistribution, use or publication by anyone, including Members of any such content or any part of The Bizz web site is strictly prohibited.
A Member may upload to any interactive area or otherwise transmit, post, publish, reproduce or distribute, on or through ChristianBizz.net only content that is not subject to any intellectual property rights, or content in which any holder of intellectual property rights has given express authorization for distribution over the internet and on ChristianBizz.net, without restriction whatsoever. Any content submitted with the consent of a copyright owner other than the member should contain a phrase such as "Copyright owned by (name of owner).
By submitting content to any interactive area, you automatically grant and/or warrant that the owner of such content, whether it be you or a third party, has expressly granted to ChristianBizz.net the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and translate said content.
Termination
Due to conduct that ChristianBizz.net believes is a violation of this Agreement or any policies or guidelines posted by The Bizz or for other conduct which ChristianBizz.net believes, in its sole discretion, is harmful to ChristianBizz.net or other Users. The Bizz may terminate or temporarily suspend your membership and or your access to all or any part of the ChristianBizz.net web site, without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access ChristianBizz.net, including the Interactive Areas, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to Content downloaded from ChristianBizz.net, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive. The Bizz may discontinue operating ChristianBizz.net and terminate this Agreement without notice at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.
Disclaimers Of Warranties; Limitations of Liability
ALL MEMBERSHIP, CONTENT, GOODS AND SERVICES FROM OR THROUGH CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," AS AVAILABLE," AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET, FOR ANY REASON, AND MEMBER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CONSUMER OR CUSTOMER FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED. CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET, NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES, IT'S PARTNER'S, AFFILIATES, DEALERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS SITE AND GOODS AND SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. SOME STATE STATUTES MAY APPLY REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
THE USE OF CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS OR OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDING CONTENT, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES WARRANTS THAT CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET OR ANY INTERNET SITE LINKED TO OR FROM THE BIZZ WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE, INCLUDING THE INTERACTIVE AREAS, OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOR DO ANY OF THEM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE BIZZ OR ANY INTERNET SITE LINKED TO OR FROM CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET OR AS TO THE TIMELINESS, SEQUENCE, ACCURACY, AUTHORITY, COMPLETENESS, USEFULNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR SUBSTANCE OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR TRANSACTION PROVIDED THROUGH CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET OR ANY SITE LINKED TO OR FROM CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET.
CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, FRAUDULENT, OR OTHERWISE ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY MEMBER OR USER. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET SITE CONTENT IN WHOLE OR IN PART, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING CHRISTIANBIZZ.NET.
Indemnity
By signing this Contract agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold ChristianBizz.net, its parent or subsidiary companies and their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this Agreement, any other policy, your use or access of ChristianBizz.net or any Internet site linked to or from ChristianBizz.net, or in connection with the transmission of any Content on ChristianBizz.net.
Email Newsletter & Notification
As a Bizz Member, you agree to receive e-newsletters, sales specials, and other notifications from ChristianBizz.net, their parent companies, divisions, and subsidiaries.
Bizz Privacy Terms

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members. This policy outlines how ChristianBizz.net handles
information that you provide to us, as well as facts you need to know to protect
your privacy during your online experience. We hope that this
policy demonstrates our commitment to you and your experiences

systems or computers are completely secure. We do not guarantee

receive direct marketing communications from ChristianBizz.net or our partners in connection with our online services. You may communicate that choice
by e-mail, by mail, or by telephone.
- Usage data
ChristianBizz.net servers automatically

Site. We do not use that information except in the aggregate.

potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the
network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for that
service.

Miscellaneous
This Contract shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Cartersville, Georgia, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the state of Georgia (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action of Member with respect to the Site must be instituted within six (6) months after any purchase or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth under DISCLAIMER. The language in this Contract shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought solely in Cartersville, Georgia, and Member expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and Member consents to extra-territorial service of process. Should any part of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with ChristianBizz.net or our site that is in conflict or inconsistent with this Contract , this Contract shall take precedence. Failure of The Bizz to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to inforce such provision.
