“Is it really safe to use a Credit Card Online?”

“Can I still shop On-line without placing an On-line order?”

Absolutely! At checkout you will also be given the option of placing your order by Phone, Fax, or Mail, or E-mail.

“Can I place any size order?”

Almost… Unfortunately, we do require a $20 minimum.

“You list both Retail and Web prices. What’s the difference?”

The Retail figure is the price suggested by the manufacturer. Because our cost of doing business is much lower on the Internet, we can offer you great discounts.

“Can I order a printed catalog?”

Yes. The print versions of our catalogs are also listed in the SuperStore. When ordered, you’ll receive a complete catalog for all Horizon products, Laserdarts products and for the Bottelsen Soft-Tip line. These printed catalogs will generally include over 90% of the items you’ll find shown here on-line. Cost is $9.95

“How soon will my order be shipped?”

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of payment, and most will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

Please note: Orders prepaid by Check will be held until we are given bank clearance.

“Do you Backorder items?”

Normally, No. Our inventory is so large that we are seldom out of stock. However, we’ll always notify you —immediately— if any ‘Major’ item on your order is temporarily unavailable. No one likes getting half-filled orders; and we won’t send them out that way!

“What is a wholesale account?”
